Twelve Strand 7mm Kevlar Leash Rope (1/4 inch approx)
Renegade started to make Kevlar Wick in the early 1980's to replace asbestos wicks, used to make juggling torches. The 12 strand is 100% Kevlar, with no fiberglass added. Kevlar 12 strand Rope is used to make leashes for fire darts, fire meteor, fire snakes and other fire prop One of the most common uses for 12 strand Kevalr is to make the leash to monkey fist fire poi head. This rope will not work as wicking, it will not absorbe fuel.
