This fire fan is made of aluminum with riveted kevlar wicks. This fan is 32 inches wide and 16 inches tall. The contectors between the spokes are spings so they force the fan open. It is can only be used with a fixed grip on all the spokes. The folding feature is made for easy trasport, not for opening and closing when in use.
