12 Panel Suede Leather Ball (70mm, 135 grams)

I have been using these for a few months for regular stroll gigs and they are pretty good! Balance is good, feel is good, and they are very durable, as described. However, there are a few issues that keep me from rating these highly. Firstly, once the suede gets dirty, it looks dirty permanently. And it collects dirt very easily! Drop it on a dusty floor or on the blacktop a couple times, and they immediately look old and dirty. It is not immediately obvious how to clean them to make them look nice again. And be watchful if they get wet. They haven't seemed to lose durability, but they swell up until the leather is tight and bleed dye like crazy. One gig on wet grass, and these things turned my hands bright red for a couple days. Even a small amount of water affects them significantly. Either from this or just manufacturing inconsistencies, certain panels on the balls have started to push out more than the others. It doesn't significantly affect the feel of the balls or make them more difficult to catch, but it does make them look lumpier and less pleasing. Overall, decent ball, but be ready for it to look dirty, and avoid contact with water if you can.

This, like all of Renegade's products is very high quality and exceptionally well made. I have both the 12 panel leather and seude ball, but do prefer the latter as the texture of the suede offers a bit more "grip" to ball, in my opinion. These are on the lightly larger size, which is perfect for me, as I have hands like a tree frog. Thanks again to Renegeade - Great products, quick shipping and exceptional customer service.

I love the softness and the weight of these, but the suede is already deteriorating after only a couple of uses

Love the suede feel and the light grey look. I am a beginner juggler, and have been really enjoying these. I have been mostly using these to practice 3 ball patterns but have also been trying some basic 4ball multiplex tricks. Compared to other balls I have (65mm russian balls) I find these a lot easier to do multiplexes with, I think because of the slight squishiness and the suede texture. I just seems easier for me to catch two of these in 1 hand. 10/10 would recommend.

Great prop; I'm a beginner in the juggling PE class at Reed and they take drops really well and the weight and suede feel really good in the hands! Super quick delivery and great customer service resolved an ordering issue.
