Renegade Juggling Club Parts for 95mm and 95mm+
You can buy replacement parts for each of the juggling clubs we sell, however you must be careful which model club you are buying them for. You can also send in your clubs for free repair at our workshop, you just need to pay for the new parts. While it’s faster for us to make a new club than to fix a used one, we repair clubs as a service to our customers—we think it's important to save energy and resources and promote recycling of equipment when we can. Call us if you have any questions about repairing your clubs.
To order the correct parts, the first thing to figure out is whether you have 75mm, 85mm, 95mm or 105mm juggling clubs. The difference between these clubs is the width of their bodies. The best way to measure the width is to place the edge of the club body against a wall, then place a ruler against the wall on top of the club and look straight down at the ruler so you can see the outside edge of the club. Conversions for the width are: 75mm = 2 3/4 inch; 85mm = 3 3/8 inch; 95mm = 3 3/4 inch; and 105mm = 4.0 inch. Note the millimeter width from the club’s name is not the actual width of the body.
Next you need to determine which body style it is: (1) step top body or (2) flat top body. The step top body is for clubs made with a glue-on crepe cap, which only comes in black or white. The flat top body is made for a screw-on plastic cap, which come in many different colors as well as black and white. It is easy to tell which type you have, as the glue on cap has no screw hole in the top of the cap.
The caps as mentioned above come in two styles, glue-on and screw-on. The photo on this product page only shows the screw-on variety, not the glue-on caps. The knobs also come in two distinct styles, screw-on and glue-on. The knobs come in 4 styles: (1) glue-on crepe rubber knob, (2) screw-on flat bottom knob, (3) screw-on round knob, and (4) screw-on crepe rubber knob. Glue-on knobs can only be used with wooden dowel clubs, and the original Renegade 95mm club is made with a 3/4 inch wooden dowel and glue-on knob and cap.
The new Renegade 95mm+ is made with a 5/8 inch fiberglass dowel and screw-on caps and knobs. The handle is made with a flat wrap of plastic which is usually hard for the customer to apply themselves, as you need a staple gun. It is better to send in you clubs for repair if the dowel is broken and you do not have access to a staple gun. Extra Screws and washers for screw-on knobs and caps.
