The ultimate head bounce ball, a favorite of many professional jugglers. You can adjust the air pressure with a standard ball inflator needle. These balls are used to bounce on your head while juggling. This is an excellent multi-tasking exercise for training to juggle better. The bouncing on your head forces you to have correct posture while juggling and will not allow you to drop one shoulder or stand crooked while juggling.
