Mouth Stick Plate and Ball Spinning
The Renegadesignlab (RdL) plate spinning stick come in three angles, 45, 60, 70 and 0 degrees. The angle defines how far the plate extents out from your mouth ( away from your head) If you are using the mouth stick while juggling you may want the plate to be more vertical so it is to of the way of the juggling pattern.
- The 60 degrees stick is good general stick angle.
- The 70 degree stick is nearly vertical and is better if used while juggling in front of the stick.
- The 45 degree stick is best for balance poses where you are not juggling in front of the stick, this angle works good for ring spinning on both arms while plate spinning.
- The flat 0 degree can be used to balance very light objects of the shaft of the stick. For heavier object the thicker conical mouth stick is better.
The mouth stick is constructed from kiln dried birch, with a stainless steel mouth piece, covered in molded silicone that is made for internal mouth contact.

Very comfortable stick, good weight and a nice tip! Works well with plastic and metal plates. Glad I got it to add to my act!

Solid design, easy to hold in your mouth. Nice additional trick (plate spinning club juggling) with minimal practice!

Just came in the mail today and it is gorgeous. I got the 70 Degree stick to enhance my juggling act and it is very easy to use. I also bought their heaviest spinning plate (about 256g) and I think if the stick was at any more of an angle it would be uncomfortable to hold in your mouth. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for an easy way to add onto your act.
